Return Policy

Thanks for shopping with us! We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, please read our return policy below.
1. Returns & Exchanges
We offer exchanges or credit notes within 10 days of purchase. Refunds are not available.

2. How to Start a Return or Exchange
• Email us at info@tippytoescollective.com.au
• Use the subject line: “Return Request” or “Exchange Request” + your order number
• Include:
• The item(s) you’re returning
• Reason for return
• Item(s) you’d like in exchange (if applicable)
• We’ll reply within 1–3 business days with next steps.

3. Return Conditions
• Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging
• Items showing signs of wear or damage won’t be accepted
• Sale or clearance items are final sale (no returns or exchanges)

4. Shipping Costs
• Return shipping is your responsibility
• Use a trackable method – we aren’t responsible for lost parcels
• For exchanges: we cover shipping of the new item once your return is approved

5. Credit Notes
• If you prefer a credit note, we’ll email it to you after inspecting the returned item
• Valid for 1 year and can be used on any in-stock item

6. Quality Issues
If you believe your item is faulty or you received the wrong product, please contact us right away at info@tippytoescollective.com.au.
